Job Description

• Beverage Preparation: Brew, steep, and serve a variety of loose leaf teas, herbal blends, and specialty tea beverages, such as lattes and iced teas.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, offer tea recommendations, and answer questions about the menu.
• Quality Control: Ensure proper preparation and presentation of tea beverages. Maintain consistency and quality.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, particularly in a tea shop or café setting, is a plus.
• Certification or training in tea preparation may be beneficial.
