- Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers’ enquiries
- Explaining the concept to guests, and educating / having conversations with them on the tea menu and related topics
- Preparation and serving of food and drinks
- Setting up and clearing down of operations
- Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
- Having clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly
- Reporting to outlet manager
