Multiple Openings in Program for Exceptional Students

LOCATION: Initial assignment in a Component District or Center-based classroom in Jefferson or Lewis County

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $19.50 Commensurate with experience in keeping with the current negotiated agreement with the CSEA. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: • Assist teacher with classroom duties-correcting of papers, maintaining files, preparing reports • Assists in physical care tasks and health-related activities as appropriate • Supervises students – accompanying to mainstream classroom settings, lunch, bus duties • Assists students with behavioral management needs • Assists with classroom set-up, clean-up, and organization • Other duties as directed by classroom teacher
