Role Overview
Primary & Secondary Teaching Roles.
Location: Boston & surrounding areas.
Contract: Supply, Temporary, Temp-to-Perm, Permanent, Long-Term, Short-Term.
Start Date: ASAP.
Pay: £130 - £261 per day (depending on role & experience; long-term roles paid to scale MPS-UPS where applicable).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons appropriate to age and ability.
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Adapt confidently to different schools and settings.
- Work collaboratively with school staff.
Qualifications
- QTS in the UK OR substantial UK classroom experience.
- Experience in primary and/or secondary settings.
- A proactive, flexible and professional approach.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Confident, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
