About this Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant (with Classroom Duties)

Cranleigh C of E Primary School exists to nurture belief and ensure the highest standards of learning for all.

This role is designed for a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant who will provide 1:1 support for a named pupil and take on whole‑class duties when that pupil is not in school. The successful candidate will be committed to inclusion, teamwork, and enabling all pupils to thrive.

Teaching and Learning (1:1 Support & Classroom Support)

Provide high‑quality 1:1 support for a named pupil, tailoring strategies to meet their individual needs, including those relating to SEND.

When the pupil is absent, take on general classroom TA duties to support teaching and learning for the whole class.
