Our client is looking for a highly organised and efficient Team Assistant to provide support for their Senior Partner Group. This role is for a prestigious private equity firm in Central London that has a diverse team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate and dedicated team!
Key Responsibilities:
To provide calendar and diary management support including arranging external meetings for partners and employees.
To coordinate and arrange internal meetings.
To organise conference calls.
To meet and greet clients and investors.
To undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by the Senior Team.
General office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc. as required.
Collate and print materials - Ensure any presentation requirements are tracked in internal systems with production...
