Role Title:  Team Assistant to Retail Asset Management Location:  Marble Arch, London Division:  Retail Reporting to:  Head of Retail Assets (Midlands & South West) The Role You will predominantly be responsible for supporting the Retail Asset Management team who look after our Midlands & South West portfolio.

This is a newly created team that consists of five Asset Managers.

Key Responsibilities   First point of contact for all incoming calls and correspondence from Retailers & Advisors Diary management - arranging meetings/ conference calls and booking meeting rooms Managing team meetings, collating and agreeing the agenda, taking minutes, ensuring following up in the required timescales Producing documents to tight deadlines ensuring high attention to detail Build, develop and manage relationships with all internal and external parties Close liaison with Executive PA's and to ensure priorities are communicated and any outst...
