AsTeam Co-ordinator PollinationYou will play a key role in Crossing and Pollen Collection activities in high-tech greenhouses.Your mission is to ensure genetic quality, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with technical protocols, while coordinating large operational teams in the field.You will work closely with another colleague who is already leading Pollination team.The role requires constant presence in greenhouses, hands-on supervision of personnel, and real-time problem solving and team development.
**Your contribution**In this role, you will be responsible for:- Leading and coordinating operational teams for Crossing & Collection organizing daily activities, allocating personnel based on priorities, and managing operational incidents.
