Based in Berlin, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving Brevo’s growth across DACH. This is a key front-line leadership role: you’ll combine hands-on sales execution with people management and coaching, helping your team hit their targets while maintaining high motivation and operational excellence.

Your Impact at Brevo

Lead and develop the DACH AE PRO team, driving consistent quota attainment and individual growth.

Coach, inspire, and empower your team through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and actionable feedback.

Execute the go-to-market strategy defined with the Sales Director, ensuring alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product teams.

Monitor and manage pipeline health: ensure strong forecasting accuracy, data hygiene, and deal progression.
