Team Lead Accounts Recieable

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the AR team to achieve collection and productivity targets.
Manage insurance follow-up for outstanding claims and aging accounts.
Review, analyze, and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
Monitor AR reports and identify opportunities to improve collections and reduce AR days.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Workers' Compensation payer policies.
Provide coaching, quality feedback, and performance monitoring for team members.
Prepare and present AR performance reports to management.
Collaborate with Billing, Coding, and Operations teams to resolve revenue cycle issues.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Medical Billing and AR Follow-up.
Strong knowledge of insurance follow-up, denial management, appeals, and payer guidelines.
Experience handling Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Workers' Compensation claims.
