We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to drive and guide our backend development initiatives. The role includes managing a team of Node.js developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in backend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, microservices, and Spring Boot.
