The Team Lead, Bancassurance Specialist (TL-BAS) is responsible for leading and driving the bancassurance business through effective team management, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives. This role plays a critical part in achieving the Bank’s growth ambitions by building a high‑performing BAS team, strengthening sales capabilities, and ensuring disciplined execution across all bancassurance activities.
