JOB Description-

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Supervise and lead a team of BPO representatives to ensure efficient workflow.

    • Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor and manage daily operations to meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.

    • Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyse performance reports to track team metrics and KPIs.

    • Training and Development:

  • Plan and conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends, new processes, and tools.

    • Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

    · Proven experience (2+ Years) in a BPO environment with leadership or supervisory role.
