Team Lead, Corporate Accounting

Overview

Lightspeed is seeking a Team Lead, Corporate Accounting to join our Finance team in Montreal. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role combines strong technical accounting expertise with leadership, automation, process improvement, and leveraging technology to modernize how accounting operates. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented leader who challenges the status quo and brings a CPA mindset to problem-solving with integrity and professional skepticism. You will lead a team of Corporate Accountants in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company and help build scalable processes.
