Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quotation officers for Southeast Asia, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the customer end-to-end quotation process in contributing to sales turnover.
- Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet the order revenue and turnover of orders.
- Handle incoming customer requests professionally, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of issues.
- Build Level 1 competency in spare parts identification for assigned BUs, supported by 2nd-level Technical Advisors and BA/BU (Global/Region) teams during the quotation process.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
