Job Description
As a customer care Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the achievements of customer care targets and overseeing the daily operations of the customer care team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of customer care agents. Monitor team performance against targets. Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) 2 - 5 years’ experience in customer care, of which 1 -2 years are in leadership.
