Team Lead Digital Workplace (M365, Endpoint, Identity and Access Management)

Job Summary

Lead Specialist, Group Digital Workplace is a senior technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and operating digital workplace platforms that enable secure collaboration, communication, and productivity across DKSH at a global scale. This role serves as a technical authority and solution lead, working closely with IT Security, Infrastructure, Regional IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a reliable, secure, and user‑centric digital workplace environment.

Technical Leadership & Operations

• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve Digital Workplace solutions at global scale.
• Act as subject matter expert for:
  • Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, Entra ID)
  • Identity Governance & Administration (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Windows 365)
  • Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
