Job Description
The Team Lead, Event Management, will assume a key role within the organisation by leading and motivating colleagues to enhance working relationships and embody FIRST values and our client’s brand.
Responsibilities
- The Team Lead, Event Management, works to coordinate staff assignments and workload for both onsite and digital events
- Reviews requests sent by the event intake team and confirms space, approvals and other pertinent information prior to assigning
- Advise on the planning and execution of events for designated high‑profile groups, overseeing the execution of larger‑scale events
- Support and coordinate the delivery of events as needed
- Handles event escalations
- Manages monthly audit reports as required by the client and internal management
