Team Lead IT Operations (T1 & T2)

We are searching or a Team Lead IT Operations, to manage a team overseeing data centres, logistics hubs and colleagues. The support team will use code over clicks as a guiding principle. Our client is currently transitioning to an automated support system as part of a cloud transformation. You will be a lead consultant in the transition from manual workflows to a more automated, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) driven environment. You will need to be regularly onsite in Leipzig region to manage the IT Support team, the position is responsible for headcount managing the T1 & T2 IT Support team.
