SUMMARY The purpose of the SHIFT Team Leader role is to provide guidance and support on an ongoing basis to production associates in the MagStop Value Stream. The success of the person in this role is vital to the continuous improvement efforts in the area(s), as well as the success of Warner Electric to meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a “working leader” where 40% of their time is spent operating within a team-based manufacturing cell QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty above standard expectations, as well as maintain a status as ‘certified’ trainer in the area.
