General Job Objective
Portfolio Management and Marketing of Financial Services
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate new business for lease finance, term loans, mortgage finance with major focus on SME sector.
- Prepare Credit Proposals for the approving authorities including CEO, Credit Committee and BOD.
- Retention and servicing of the existing customer portfolio to ensure timely repayments of installments, follow up on any pending compliance issues such as insurance, KIBOR differentials, Annual Reviews with the customer, keeping close liaison with customers to update them about their business and industry.
- Compile industry data analysis for the management for North region only.
