**Job Summary**

Performs moderately complex facility tasks, functions and maintenance duties. Under the general supervision of the CBRE Facility Manager, will have lead responsibilities in overseeing and assigning Building Services/facility maintenance/utility staff and outside cleaning vendor to complete tasks. These tasks will be carried out in two locations: The Needham Lab located at 152 Second Ave and Needham Cardiology located at 100 Second Ave Needham, MA.

**Primary Job Functions**

+ Assists and checks facility to ensure security, cleaning, mail, maintenance, conference room set ups, and delivery functions are performed. Assigns, leads/monitors and/or performs utility, Building Services and maintenance work functions; ensures all work is addressed and completed. Orients and trains staff and maintain liaisons with internal staff and outside vendors.
