Position Overview

MRI Software is seeking a Team Lead – Professional Services to join our South African team. This role will lead a small team delivering consulting, implementation and managed services within the MRI Property Central / MDA product suite.

The successful candidate will provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to a team consisting of consultants and a project manager, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects and services. This role will also work closely with clients, internal stakeholders and leadership to drive service excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
