About the Role
Location: Darwen Transfer Station, Lower Eccelshill Road, Darwen, Lancashire, BB30RP.
Shift pattern of 4 on 4 off.
Required to operate mobile plant including loading shovel, 360, FLT


What will I be doing?
This will involve:
Maintaining shift logs and providing daily feedback on performance to teams.
Carry out toolbox talks for safe systems and safety alerts.
Assist supervisors with weekly audits, action plans and oversee corrective actions.
Assist supervisors with employee inductions, briefings and training.
Assist supervisors with the day to day performance management of employees.
Ensure the segregation of all recyclable materials is maximised at the facility.
Promote an operating process that keeps focus on health and safety.
