Team Leader

We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and results-driven Team Leader to supervise a team, ensure smooth operations, and achieve performance targets.

• Lead, guide, and support team members in daily tasks
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide training and support to staff when needed
• Report progress and issues to management
• Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed
