Education & qualifications
Essential criteria
Educated to A-level/NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria

Excellent understanding of the RTT waiting times guidance

Experience of staff management
Desirable criteria
Previous NHS experience of outpatient management

Previous Cerner experience

Knowledge of RTT and tracking patients, experience of monitoring waiting times data
