Team Leader – Events Service

Duties & Responsibilities as a Team Leader – Montagu

  • Oversee all event service activities during the day shift, including opening and closing duties, and help coordinate with other F&B outlets.

  • Supervise and support the team, make sure breaks are taken on time, and help train new staff when needed.

  • Handle guest feedback and work with the team to meet service and satisfaction goals like Hysat and GEM.

  • Give guests correct information about the hotel and its services, and work with other departments to improve their experience.

  • Request food, drinks, and supplies for the department, and help reduce waste and control costs, including casual staff hours.

  • Keep track of any maintenance issues in the department and make sure they are fixed quickly.
