Process Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIsFirst contact for issues escalation within P2P process (AP)Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
Performing P2P (AP) controls
Advising other team members in terms of P2P(AP) process matters
Introduce Improvements within P2P process (AP)
Coordination:
Coordinate completion of P2P (AP) processes
Delegate tasks
Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
Managing HR Matters
Communicate deadlines
Monitor the team performance
