Team Leader for GlobalCee Customer Operations (Sant Cugat del Vallès)

The Customer Operations Specialists in Supply Chain are building a strategic relationship with customers, working in an European, multicultural environment, enrolled for a continuous development, supporting HP partners and customers, as well as the sales teams, in their activities of managing the customer and partner orders. They are part of the central order management team and have varied responsibilities thru out the order life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Leads team effort of individual contributors to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Acts as a first point of contact for top-tier customer accounts with high complexity, coordinating support on a broad range of daily operational matters.
• Resolves high impact operational issues (e.g., issues related to general trade and compliance policies, issues with high dollar-value exposure).
