Team Leader for Home Appliance

Job Description:

• Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members.
• Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View.
• Tracking of Attendance, Planogram Compliance, OOS etc.
• Planning of journey plan with Field rep.
• Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
• Conduct on‑boarding training to new members.
• Monitor headcount fulfilments and support in recruiting.
• Regular visit to key outlet buyers to build and maintain good business relationship.
• Support in any other ad‑hoc duties when needed.
• Weekly alignment meeting with Sales Manger to review stock arrangement.
