• Manage stock, displays, and point-of-sale while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and performance
• Manage a busy and varied workload, prioritising tasks and making timely decisions

• Provide guidance and solutions to resolve operational or customer service issues
