About our home:
Based in the heart of Maida Vale close to the historic BBC Radio studios, Beachcroft House is a new purpose-built home fitted complete with modern furnishings. Opened in September 2020 Beachcroft House is a block-bed contract home, dedicated to supporting the Westminster Council for up to 84 older people with physical disabilities, frailty and/or living with dementia.
What you will do: + Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting / assisting residents, when required, with all aspects of daily living. + Support training and supervision of junior and new Staff Members in all aspects of their work in the Home, under the supervision of senior Staff Members.
+ Answer Nurse Call system, giving assistance as required. Answer the door and telephone appropriately.
Respond accordingly and pass on messages promptly. + Report on well-being of Clients and liaise with GPs and Support Managers etc.
