Team Leader – Mental Health (OT, Psych or RC)

This is a newly created role aligned to planned expansion and team restructure. You'll lead a senior team working across complex mental health and psychological injury cases, with strong demand in place across government, insurer and employer clients.

You will work from great offices in Milton, with flexibility for some work from home.
 
The Role

• Lead a team of 4-6 clinicians (OT, Psych & RC), supporting development, performance & team culture
• Manage a reduced caseload of mental health clients (billables adjusted based on team size)
