Lead shift operations to achieve safe, efficient production and strong team performance.

Coach, support and develop operators and technicians, driving engagement and continuous improvement across the shift.

Use trade skills to troubleshoot, support maintenance and contribute to improvement projects
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a team of technicians and operators. You will be managing both the day-to-day tasks and strategic planning across Production, Quality and Maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do:
Use trade knowledge to minimise downtime during breakdowns, maintenance, and project work.

Drive productivity by motivating and engaging the team to achieve high performance.
