Set clear team goals and KPIs. Delegate tasks and set project deadlines. Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance. Do regular performance evaluation. Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere Should know about KRA, and Data Management.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Good PC skills, especially MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Immediate joiners preferred.
