Team Leader Support Worker - Rotorua

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Team Leader for our Residential Houses in Rotoura. 

You will lead a team in supporting them to live as independently as possible. Supporting the person to plan and work towards their goals, making sure the person is at the centre of everything you do, and that the person lives a rich and fulfilling life.

There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts spanning across the week, so having the flexibility to support your team across a variety of shifts is a key part of this role.
