Job Description
Team Leader - Kingsbury and Golders Green areas.
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Our goal is simple — to empower each person we support to live a fulfilling, independent and meaningful life.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. You’ll lead by example, supporting both the staff team and the individuals we support to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers. Complete Supervisions, Appraisals, make sure training is completed
- Complete Rota, ensure time sheets are completed etc
- Ensure personalised support plans are implemented and reviewed regularly.
