Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to manage stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members on warehouse practices, safety, and equipment use.
- Utilize LFS Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage order fulfilment.
- Operate and instruct others on the use of RF scanners for inventory management and order picking.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies including daily stock reconciliation with inbound and outbound record.
