  Greetings We are looking for a Team Lead for an International Customer Support Process in Gurgaon 

  Roles and Responsibilities  

  Managing Team Performance 
  Setting team targets board that in line with annual target requirements
  Tracking performance through effective use of all performance reports
  Recruitment & Selection  
  Core Team Development 
  Coach and develop employees through regular one on one meetings, and through the use of individual Development Action plans (including outsourced renewalist, if applicable)
  Client Relation Management 
  Maintain ongoing relationships with the Key personnel of the project

  Desired Candidate Profile  
  Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
 Min 1 year International Team Lead Experience
