Job Description
Advise businesses on domestic and international tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and investments
Support M&A transactions through tax due diligence, and pre-/post-deal structuring
Advise clients on market entry strategies including shareholding/financing structures, transaction models, and incentives, etc.
Collaborate across service lines and global member firms to deliver integrated solutions
Engage in client servicing and contribute to business development efforts
Coach and mentor staff in the team
Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives
 
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Tax, or Business; SCTP accreditation is a plus
Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience 
Solid knowledge of Singapore corporate tax; International tax experience is a bonus
