About the Role

The Team Supervisor will report to the New Zealand Technology Centre Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations within our Christchurch office. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality digital document services.
You will oversee operational delivery, ensuring your team is set up for success and service levels and quality standards are met. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, building strong relationships while keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Provide effective coaching, mentoring, and training for your team

Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed by the team

Monitor SLA volumes and workflows to meet SLA timeframes
