Role Overview:
The TeaCliententer L Support engineer provides technical support for end-users, resolves application issues, performs system monitoring, and ensures smooth operation of TeaCliententer PLM environments. This role acts as the escalation point for issues beyond L support and works closely with functional and infrastructure teams.
