You lead and develop a sales team (8–12 team members) across DACH and France 
You ensure the structured execution of our existing Sales Operating System for Alibaba.com 
You create transparency across the sales funnel (KPIs, pipeline reviews, forecasting) 
You manage inbound and outbound activities and establish clear activity standards 
You coach your team on activity management, meeting quality, and closing discipline 
You systematically develop seller productivity (target range: approx. €15–20k MRR per seller)
