As Team Lead Planning, you lead a committed and professional team of five colleagues: three planners, a project coordinator, and a Supply Chain Analyst. Together, you ensure an optimal production schedule, accurate item setup, and the continuous improvement of planning processes.
In this versatile role, you combine leadership with substantive responsibility. You are the connecting factor between strategy and operations, ensuring that planning aligns optimally with organizational objectives.
You play an important role in the further professionalization of our organization. You effortlessly switch between the tactical level and operational challenges, and you know how to engage people in change.
