This role will be accountable for supporting, development, improvement, and automation of reporting and process activities supporting Enterprise Critical Infrastructure(ECI) Restoral Planning and Testing. Accountable for the achievement of productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. This is a tecnical role which works closely with the business executive.Possesses reporing data anslytics and development skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results with managers, peers and business executives on deliverables, timelines and support needed.Ability to Manage / drive requirements across multiple lines of business with cross-functional implications.Create and manage effective documentation to articulate workflows and interdependencies to explain Business / Technology environments.Ability to plan and coordinate project deliverables.
