Required Skills
Strong knowledge of fiber optics processes, OSP/ISP workflows, and optical documentation.
Familiarity with DWDM, fiber channels, and optical testing standards (LS, OTDR, OSA, power meter).
Experience coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, data center operations, and construction crews.
Excellent written communication and documentation accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables across diverse facility types.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities with fiber OSP construction vendors and internal fiber design teams, providing status updates and entering required information into internal systems.
Manage and update documentation for fiber builds, LIT services, rack/space/power augmentations, and facility assignments.
Create and maintain the Tactical Plan of Record (POR) for fiber, LIT, space, and power requirements.
Support contract workflows including, but not limited to...
