Technical Admin Staff - Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Handles site inspections, design layout preparation, and rendered presentations.
• Assists in property inventory, material sourcing, and ensures construction works follow approved plans.
• Provides support in facility operations and reception duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Engineering, or related courses.
• Proficient in operating CAD, SketchUp, or any 3D imaging and structural software.
• Skilled in video and photo editing.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel when necessary.
