Technical AI Program Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to own the day-to-day execution and coordination of multiple, fast-moving workstreams within a highly visible product and customer environment. This role is heavily execution-focused and requires someone who can keep teams aligned, anticipate what’s coming next, and ensure progress continues across technical, product, and customer-facing initiatives.
The Program Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the program — managing Jira, leading daily workstream discussions, driving reporting, and acting as a key point of coordination between product leadership, technical teams, and customer engagement channels.
This is not a budget-tracking role, and it is not a junior PM position. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, handling frequent inbound questions, and supporting a large user base while keeping delivery on track.
