Responsibilities: Participate in RFP and presales activities, including requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, effort estimation, and preparation of technical and functional proposals. Evaluate proposed solutions to identify functional, process, or system gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational efficiency for customers. Prepare comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to clearly define business requirements and support the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with customers, development teams, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood, implemented, and delivered within project timelines.
