Technical Analyst - IT Applications

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HCT's enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot incidents, system errors, performance issues, and integration failures.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, database teams, and cloud teams.
• Support integrations between SIS, LMS, ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and reporting systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, support documents, interface documents, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HCT's security governance and access‑management requirements.
• Contribute to application improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
